Treatment Programs
We offer a range of programs, each of which is intuitively individualized to fit each patients' needs.
We believe that treatment need not be punitive, humiliating or degrading, and in fact should be nurturing, empowering and healing. We believe that long-term Recovery should support healing Biologically, Psychologically, Socially and Spiritually, and The Bayside Model reflects that belief. With the right treatment anyone can "Turn Your Life Around".
Residential Treatment
The Bayside Marin residential program is designed for individuals who require 24 hours of care and support. The average length of stay in this level of care is 30 to 60 days. Length of stay is contingent on the severity of detox, client’s willingness and ability to complete treatment assignments, client’s progress in treatment and client’s comfort level at time of discharge.

Outpatient Treatment
Bayside Marin's Outpatient Program offers Evening Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment for individuals that don't desire or require residential care. This treatment allows individuals to get the treatment, education and support they need while continuing to participate fully in their lives.

Detoxification Treatment
Often time individuals are not aware of the signs and symptoms of withdrawal. They get confused and fearful as they begin to witness or experience physical symptoms that are painful, uncomfortable and anxiety provoking. At Bayside Marin we can help you avoid the discomfort and the potential danger associated with withdrawal. Be aware that detoxification is not Recovery, it is a prerequisite for Recovery.

Chronic Pain Treatment
At Bayside Marin we offer a unique treatment option for clients who suffer from chronic pain and dependence on medications. Our Chronic Pain program is completely individualized and comprehensive and is designed to help individuals achieve some relief from this very challenging set of circumstances.

Chronic Relapse Tract Treatment
At Bayside Marin, we believe that Relapse is not an indication that the client has failed, nor does the client loose all the Recovery "tools and information" they learned and practiced over the years. The relapsing client will always have that knowledge and history. They don’t forfeit their Recovery because they drank or used again, they just change their sobriety date. We help them learn to stop the relapse process and take the necessary action to get back into their Recovery program.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Extended Care is a treatment option available for those clients that have completed primary care at Bayside Marin or another residential program. This level of care allows clients to remain in a safe and nurturing residential environment while transitioning back into their lives.

Nicotine Cessation Treatment
At Bayside Marin we recognize that Nicotine is a deadly, addictive and mood altering drug. Any client that uses Nicotine will receive a treatment plan that requires that they examine their Nicotine use. Although we do not mandate that clients stop using Nicotine while in the program, we strongly encourage it.

Substance Abuse Evaluation
At Bayside Marin we offer an independent and objective, Comprehensive Substance Abuse Evaluation and Treatment Recommendation. This service is designed to assist individuals, physicians, therapists and family members to determine to what degree a client has a substance abuse problem, and what treatment, if any, would be clinically appropriate.

Intervention Services
At Bayside Marin we recognize that sometimes an Intervention is the only way to get a client into treatment. Often the denial and minimizing prevent the individual from taking the necessary steps to get the help they need.

Continuing Care
At Bayside Marin, Continuing Care is one of the strongest components of The Bayside Model. We believe that it's relatively easy to get clean and sober, however it's very difficult to remain clean and sober. For this reason we have designed a treatment model that supports Long-Term Recovery.

Admission & Fees
Bayside Marin has made every effort to keep our program affordable and charges are directly related to expenses incurred in providing services. Our rates are all-inclusive unless otherwise noted. You will be notified in advance if any service is recommended that will require additional payment, and you will have the option to decline that service.
