Bob Hails has recently been appointed as C.E.O. of Bayside Marin Treatment Center. He brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the Behavioral Health industry. With over two decades of senior leadership experience, he has held significant roles such as Senior Director of Mental Health & Addictions Services at Sutter Health, CEO of Laguna Treatment Hospital, and Regional Vice President at Signature Healthcare. His extensive background includes overseeing large-scale operations, driving strategic growth, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Bob is known for his inspirational leadership and commitment to creating environments where employees thrive, and where patients receive the highest quality of care. His passion for ensuring superior customer satisfaction and enhancing relations aligns perfectly with the mission at Bayside Marin. Currently residing in Marin County, Bob’s passions include: family, traveling, gourmet foods, music, photography, fitness training, mountain climbing, kayaking, and surfing.
