Eleanor Beckman, AMFT
Primary Therapist
Eleanor joined Bayside Marin in August 2024 as a Primary Therapist. She is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (143342) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (15471). Her primary responsibility at Bayside is to conduct individual and group therapy. Eleanor is a compassionate therapist committed to guiding individuals through their personal journeys with empathy and expertise. She combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of cultural and individual differences to create tailored treatment plans. Eleanor focuses on helping clients develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful connections to support their overall well-being and growth. Prior to beginning at Bayside, Eleanor worked as an individual therapist for children, adolescents, adults and older adults, in addition to conducting family therapy and groups focused on anxiety management, self-compassion, and social skills building.
Eleanor graduated from The Wright Institute in 2023 with her M.A. in Counseling Psychology. She earned her B.A. in 2016 from Columbia University, majoring in Women’s and Gender Studies. In her free time, Eleanor enjoys reading mystery novels, attending live shows, and playing with her 2 cats.
