Jamil Lipson
Regional Business Development Manager
Jamil Lipson is an accomplished Regional Business Development Manager who began his current role in July 2024. He studied Business Management and Marketing at Central Methodist University from 2017 to 2022.
Jamil brings a wealth of experience to his role, having spent three years in HR/Recruiting with Aegis Living, where he managed staffing for all nine facilities in Northern California and two in Southern California. His innovative approach included “Off Shores” recruiting, staffing 24 corporate positions with candidates from the Philippines.
Before joining his current position, Jamil spent three years as a Business Development Manager with Express Employment Professionals. In this role, he was instrumental in driving business growth through new and existing accounts, contract signings, and client relations. His efforts contributed to a remarkable year-over-year increase in new accounts by 60%. Furthermore, Jamil successfully grew business accounts to surpass a $7 million annual revenue goal.
Jamil’s career also includes 15 years of retail sales management experience in the St. Louis region, where he managed a district of 12 locations and received multiple sales, leadership, and audit awards.
Jamil’s personal background, marked by witnessing the struggles of loved ones with alcohol and substance abuse, fuels his passion for helping others. He aims to connect those in need with the best available resources and aspires to one day grow into an executive role within Acadia and develop a resource program for those struggling with substance use.
Currently residing in Napa County with his wife and kids, Jamil enjoys hiking, sports, chess, traveling, and spending quality time with his family. His dedication to his profession and community continues to make a significant impact.
