Jasmine Littlefield, LMFT
Therapist
Jasmin joined Bayside Marin in September 2024 as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#147997). Jasmin is a warm, empathic therapist who journeys alongside individuals to increase self-compassion, build effective coping tools and reauthor their unique and empowering recovery story. Jasmin uses a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens to work relationally with individuals and is committed to tailoring treatment to honor individual and cultural differences. Jasmin likes to incorporate humor and creativity (think coloring books and therapy card decks) into sessions, is interested in the mind-body connection and brings her own experience with several years in the recovery community. Prior to beginning at Bayside, Jasmin worked at Huckleberry Youth Programs as a therapist with transitional aged youth experiencing homelessness and at Richmond Area Multi-Services as a therapist in a high school wellness center in San Francisco.
Jasmin graduated from the Wright Institute in 2019 with her M.A. in Counseling Psychology. She earned her B.A. in 2007 from The University of Southern California, majoring in Communication. In her free time, Jasmin enjoys spending time with her 2.5 year old son, connecting with friends in the recovery community, reading books and going for walks in nature. She absolutely loves dogs and used to be a professional dogwalker.
