Therapist

Rosalind is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who joined the Bayside Marin team in January 2025. Combining the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, Rosalind provides a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and develop meaningful solutions, always relying on her deep commitment to helping individuals achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.

Through practical strategies, clients are empowered to reframe negative thinking, build better coping mechanisms, and improve overall mental health.

Additionally, Rosalind emphasizes the principles of Person-Centered Therapy, which is rooted in the belief that each individual is capable of self-healing and growth when provided with a supportive and accepting environment. She is committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients can feel understood and supported as they work toward their goals.

Rosalind earned her BA in Psychology from California State University – Sacramento in 2016, and her MA in Counseling Psychology from Holy Names University in 2020.
