Since joining Bayside as a Behavioral Health Associate in 2021, Shelby has consistently integrated a client-centered approach into all aspects of treatment. Currently, she serves as the Director of Risk Management, where she fosters a supportive environment that emphasizes client healing, wellness, and advocacy. Throughout her time at Bayside, Shelby has demonstrated unwavering dedication to excellence, actively addressing the evolving needs of both clients and staff.
Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. She is committed to promoting collaboration and open communication across departments, encouraging staff to engage in risk identification and mitigation. Her focus on listening to and advocating for clients ensures their voices are heard and their concerns prioritized in risk management efforts. Shelby is passionate about creating a culture of empathy and respect, empowering clients to take an active role in their care and safety.
