Victoria Clemens, ASW
Therapist
Victoria Clemens is an Associate Social Worker that joined the Bayside team as a therapist in April 2024. Victoria holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a MSW from University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana.
Prior to working at Bayside, Victoria completed an internship working at a residential treatment center in Cape Town, South Africa. There Victoria found a passion for working with residential populations and running recovery groups. Victoria also has experience working as a mental health case manager in a community-based setting in Chicago and Hawaii. In her early career, Victoria also worked in behavioral health administration for UW Health and emotional affect research for the UW – Laboratory for Affective Neuroscience.
Victoria’s broad range of experience in the behavioral health field has helped her to cultivate a mindfulness-based, person-centered, and culturally integrative approach to treatment. Victoria works to empower clients by providing them skills for managing their emotional and interpersonal needs, identifying supportive resources in their community, and building healthy relationship networks to sustain recovery.
In her own life, Victoria cultivates joy and balance by spending time in nature, practicing yoga, traveling, watching comedy, and spending time with loved ones.
